First and foremost our goal is always to create the most flattering headshots of our clients. We understand how to pose your body and jawline and walk you step-by-step through the process to create authentic, dynamic headshots.

Whether you're looking for individual headshots for your executive team or board of directors or need to create images for badges for your large workforce - we can help. We've worked with many local businesses in the past 12 years to create everything from compelling team member headshots to branding images for well-established corporations interested in refreshing their public facing image. We've worked with everyone from international automotive aftermarket manufacturers and government suppliers to dentists and financial planners.

Please Note: Your quote will be based on the scope of your project (i.e., number of individual headshots, group shots to branding images). A 50% retainer will be due the day of booking and the final balance due the day of your session.

ON-LOCATION CORPORATE HEADSHOTS - EXECUTIVES

This On-Location Executive Headshot Package is shot in your offices for teams of 3 and up. This package is perfect for the business owner that needs individual and/or team/group shots at their offices for their website and marketing materials. We can bring a white, grey or black background to your office or use your office backdrop to create "environmental" headshots.

We begin by photographing you on your choice of seamless with strobe lights. Our goal is to position both your body and jaw line in the most flattering way. We will photograph you in multiple poses straight on, 3/4 camera left and 3/4 camera right.

You can also opt to have a composite team shot created like the image featured here.

CONFERENCE HEADSHOTS

Are you an event planner responsible for pulling together conferences for Real Estate agents, Physicians, Dentists, Chiropractors, Lawyers, Paralegals, Tech Industry or Marketing professionals in the Metro Detroit area? Do you struggle to find talented photographers to provide dynamic headshots for your participants? Do you struggle to find photographers that will handle all the details and communication of scheduling the headshots, creating images your participants rave about, and also walks them step by step through the review and final image process?

Well, let us help. Not only do we have a long track record of creating compelling headshots for our clients. We use a computer program that allows us to handle all the details from headshot creation, to selection to providing final, edited files directly to the participant. We are able to create a QR code for your event that allows each individual to sign up, create an individual gallery for each participant, apply their name to each of their headshot files, upload them to the gallery for review and be notified when the final selection is made - then supply a final edited file.

We've found this system makes it so convenient for organizers so they don't need to track or provide selections for hundreds of different participants. However, we are able to send a copy of the final headshot selections to our organizers for their files. Headshots are all conveniently labeled with the participants first and last name.

We begin by photographing each participant on a predetermined background with strobe lights. Our goal is to position both your body and jaw line in the most flattering way. We will photograph you in multiple poses straight on, 3/4 camera left and 3/4 camera right. We will then photograph you in natural light on grey green and black backgrounds - again in multiple flattering poses.

Then, participants just select their favorite image, it's fully edited for under eye circles, evening out skin tones, pop the eyes, whiten the teeth, etc and returned directly to each participant via their personal gallery.

AFTER YOUR SESSION....

Once we've finished shooting your session, we'll go through all your images and delete duplicates, blinks, etc. As we go through, we'll usually find an image that really stands out to us that we'll fully edit - getting rid of background distractions, editing under eye circles, blemishes, even out skin tones and tweak any bumps and bulges.

We'll then create a watermarked gallery of your images with the edited copy so that you can use it as an example of what your final edited selections will look like. Once you review your watermarked gallery and make your selections, you'll email the file numbers of your selections to us and we'll begin the editing process.

We will begin by editing the 3/4 length version of your image. Once we've finished with the editing referenced above, we'll duplicate the core image and create a waist up rectangular crop, duplicate it again and create a head and shoulders crop and then duplicate that head and shoulders crop and resize it for LinkedIn so that it's ready for you to upload. We'll then email you the final files.
